High Bay LED Warehouse Lighting
Warehouse lighting fails when you buy fixtures before you design the layout.
Stellar plans high bay LED warehouse lighting around how your building actually works (aisles, open floor, docks, packing and storage) so light lands where people and product need it.

Stellar
Why warehouse high bays need a real layout
High ceilings amplify every mistake. Overlit empty racks waste energy. Dark aisle intersections create safety risk. Glare from the wrong optic makes forklift work harder, not easier.
A one-for-one swap of old HID or fluorescent high bays can leave those layout problems in place. Stellar starts with the space: ceiling height, racking, task zones and target light levels. We select fixtures to match.

What Stellar delivers
- Application-led design for distribution, fulfillment and storage warehouses
- High bay LED fixtures sized to the job, including Stellar Super High Bay and X-Series where they fit
- Energy-efficient LED upgrades that cut the waste of aging HID and fluorescent systems
- Optional controls where wireless or IoT is allowed on the site (see Stellar Command); facilities that don't allow radios can ask about Stellar's radio-free options
- Circular economics: serviceable, upgradeable fixtures built to last and evolve, not to be dumped and replaced
Stellar
Design that sets your fixture count
Wrong fixture counts cost more than design. Stellar's paid photometric design maps foot-candles and fixture placement so your bill of materials matches the building.
Photometric design: starting at $0.50/sq ft · 1,000 sq ft minimum. Learn about photometric design

Questions
FAQ
How many high bay LED lights does my warehouse need?
It depends on ceiling height, racking, aisle width and target light levels, not a rule of thumb. That's why we run photometrics before we settle on a count.
Can you retrofit existing high bay locations?
Often, yes. Sometimes a redesign with new spacing or optics performs better than a strict one-for-one swap. See warehouse lighting retrofit.
Do you include smart or IoT controls?
When the site allows it, we can discuss controls and Stellar Command. Sites that require no wireless radios get a separate, radio-free path.
Is photometric design free?
No. Photometric design starts at $0.50/sq ft with a 1,000 sq ft minimum.
