Who we are

Stellar Lighting Systems is a commercial LED lighting company based in Orlando, Florida. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Stellar Lighting Systems, and "site" means stellarsls.com.

Information you give us

When you fill out the contact form or the Free Energy Analysis form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it to answer you, set up a walk-through or put together a quote. The forms use a simple math question to block spam.

Booking a meeting

The Contact Us page includes a Microsoft Bookings scheduler. If you book a time, the details you enter (such as your name, email and phone) go to Microsoft and to our sales team so we can confirm the meeting. Microsoft handles that information under its own privacy statement.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored with beehiiv, the service we use to send it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be taken off the list.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (through the MonsterInsights plugin) to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visits come from, and what device or browser is used. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We use the reports to improve the site. We do not use them to identify you personally.

The site also uses a few cookies that WordPress and our site builder need to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some features may not.

Security and hosting

Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, which helps protect the site and speed it up. Like any web server, Cloudflare and our host process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and stop abuse.

How we use and share information

• To reply to your questions, quotes and walk-through requests.
• To send the newsletter if you signed up for it.
• To understand and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above that help us run the site and our business, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and project information for as long as we need it to work with you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from emails. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
