Good to know
- Who owns the poles? Some lot lights are leased from the utility and can't be retrofitted. We confirm ownership on the walk-through.
- Utility rebates may be available through OUC, TECO or FPL, depending on your utility and project. Most programs need approval before work starts, so we check first.
- Florida's updated energy code takes effect Dec 31, 2026. Permits applied for on or after that date follow the new edition. Planning a project? Ask us about timing.
